YG300 - The projector is not powering on

Here is the minimum power requirement for the YG300:

  • 5V2A (10 Watts) to turn on and use HDMI connection.

  • 5V2.4A (12 Watts) for USB Phone Connection

  • 5V3A (15 Watts) for the most stable connection

Please kindly refer to your USB charger specification.

Phone connection does not work

For proper phone connection, please make sure the followings:

  • USB Charger is supporting at least 5V2.4A (12W) for the projector (YG300 Only)

  • USB Cable supports data transfer

  • HCCast is installed (Android device only)

For Manual Focus projector, please locate the Black Focus Ring or Lever next to the lens and adjust accordingly.

For Electronic Focus Assisted projector, please locate the Focus Buttons on the remote and adjust accordingly.

***Please allow enough space between the screen and the projector. (All projectors have different throw distance.)***
