YG300 - The projector is not powering on

Here is the minimum power requirement for the YG300:

  • 5V2A (10 Watts) to turn on and use HDMI connection.

  • 5V2.4A (12 Watts) for USB Phone Connection

  • 5V3A (15 Watts) for the most stable connection

Please kindly refer to your USB charger specification.

Phone connection does not work

For proper phone connection, please make sure the followings:

  • USB Charger is supporting at least 5V2.4A (12W) for the projector (YG300 Only)

  • USB Cable supports data transfer

  • HCCast is installed (Android device only)
